How to do it

  1. 1 Hydrate well: Drink 1-2 glasses of water before entering the sauna. You may bring a towel to sit on and a water bottle for inside the cabin.
  2. 2 Set Temperature: Enter the preheated infrared sauna and set the temperature to a comfortable range, typically 120-150°F (49-65°C). Beginners should start at the lower end.
