This Legal Notice provides the mandatory provider-identification information required under Article 5 of the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), as transposed into Dutch law by Article 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). It is published so that this information is easily, directly, and permanently accessible.

3. Nature of the Service

BioMaxing is an educational wellness platform providing information about supplements and wellness practices, together with habit- and routine-tracking tools. It is not a medical service and not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. 4. Hosting and Data Region

Our services are hosted by Scaleway SAS in Paris, France (European Union). Personal data is processed within the EU/EEA except where stated in our Privacy Policy §7 (International Data Transfers).

5. Regulated Profession

The service provider does not practise a regulated profession and is not subject to a professional authorisation scheme or professional body within the meaning of Article 5(1)(f) of the E-Commerce Directive.

6. Supervisory Authority (Data Protection)

The competent supervisory authority for data protection is the Dutch Data Protection Authority:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

7. Consumer Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence. The EU’s central Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025. The procedure for resolving disputes, the governing law (Netherlands), and your statutory consumer rights are set out in our Terms of Service §16.
