Is my data secure?
Yes — BioMaxing is GDPR-compliant with EU-hosted infrastructure. Your data is encrypted, stored in Europe, and belongs to you.
Is BioMaxing free right now?
Yes. BioMaxing is in an open beta and every plan is currently available at no cost — no payment is collected and no payment provider is active. We’ll give you advance notice before any paid plan launches.
Do I need Telegram to use BioMaxing?
No. You can use the web application at app.biomaxing.io with just an email address. The Telegram bots are an optional way to access the library and track your routines.
What’s the difference between the bots and the web app?
The Telegram bots are for educational discovery and general routine tracking. The web app adds personalized features — your own supplement stacks, goals, and AI recommendations — which involve health data and require your explicit consent.
Does BioMaxing provide medical advice?
No. BioMaxing is an educational platform and is not a medical service or medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your supplements or health routine.
How do I export or delete my data?
You’re always in control of your data. You can export a complete copy in JSON or delete your account at any time from your settings in the web app or the bots, or by emailing privacy@biomaxing.io. Data export is free on every plan.
Which languages does BioMaxing support?
English is the primary language. The bots, web app, and library are also available in Russian; this website is English-only. More languages are planned.
