Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible digital services under the European Accessibility Act.

Version: 1.0.0
Last updated: June 6, 2026

BioMaxing is committed to making its digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement is published in connection with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which applies to consumer-facing digital services from 28 June 2025.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and the EN 301 549 harmonised standard. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and work to improve the experience continuously.

2. Scope

This statement applies to:

  • Our website: biomaxing.io
  • Our web application: app.biomaxing.io

Our Telegram bots run inside the Telegram client; their accessibility also depends on the Telegram application and platform you use.

3. Conformance Status

The BioMaxing marketing website is conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: every public page passes automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA testing with zero violations. “Conformant” means the content meets the accessibility standard; we continue to monitor and maintain this on every change.

4. Known Limitations

A small number of decorative visual effects (for example, text rendered over translucent “glass” panels or gradient backgrounds) cannot be automatically verified for contrast and are reviewed manually. If you encounter any barrier that affects your use of the site, please tell us (see §6) and we will address it.

5. Assessment Method

This statement is based on:

  • Automated testing with axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 A/AA rule set, run in continuous integration on every change to the site, covering all public pages. The build fails if any violation is introduced.
  • Manual review of keyboard operability, focus visibility, reduced-motion behaviour, and colour contrast.

Last reviewed on June 6, 2026. A full independent third-party audit is planned before the launch of paid services, and this statement will be updated to reflect its findings.

6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of BioMaxing. If you experience any difficulty accessing our services, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

In the Netherlands, oversight of accessibility obligations is carried out by the designated national market-surveillance authorities.
