Our story and philosophy
BioMaxing combines science, modern technology, and the experience of practicing biohackers to build a platform. The name combines "Bio" (life) and "Maxing" (maximization), reflecting our goal to help people fully unlock their potential through a mindful approach to life.
We strive to popularize self-discovery and mindful self-improvement by creating convenient and effective solutions. Telegram bots were chosen for a reason — it's the place you already visit every day. It's much easier to pop into the next chat and tap a few buttons than to launch a separate app, wait for it to load, and navigate a confusing interface. Marking a habit as complete in BioMaxing Life takes three clicks and a couple of seconds.
Max, actively practicing and studying biohacking, started tracking his sleep, habits, and mood in an Excel spreadsheet. It was interesting but challenging — in the evening, after work, he had to start the computer, open the spreadsheet, and remember what time he went to bed, woke up, what he did, and so on.
After some time, analyzing data from several months and understanding the power of the approach, Max thought about simplifying the tracking process. After many hours of deliberation and various homemade POCs, the fastest and most concise option turned out to be a Telegram bot — with inline buttons, message management, and a comprehensive workflow.
Until this year, Max was developing the bot for personal use. But when meeting and discussing the idea with Maria, who was equally enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle, the idea emerged to create a project that could help people achieve their goals in health and self-improvement. This is how the idea to create BioMaxing was born.
This year, Max and Maria started actively working on the project, creating the website, documentation, bots, and other resources. Great attention was paid to building an extensive knowledge base about supplements and practices, which became the foundation of the entire project.
We understand biohacking in a broad sense — as a way to influence the performance of your body to achieve set goals. The influences can be very different — as can the goals. This is where the importance of a mindful approach lies — it's worth understanding what and why we do things, what it leads to, and how it relates to our values.
With a mindful approach and sharing experiences, you come to the idea that each person needs an individual approach. For some, veganism and 5 AM runs work well, while for others it's a death sentence. There are no universal rules here. That's why we create a platform that allows each user to gain the necessary knowledge and tools for mindful choices.
